Orinoco Capital Advisors offers family office services to multiple families. Orinoco Capital Advisors, is an other business name of Independent Advisor Alliance, LLC, (“IAA”), a registered investment adviser, and home to discretionary, fee-only financial advisors.

We currently work with approximately 35 families in the US and abroad.

Our investment advisor representatives are held to a fiduciary standard, and as such, put our clients' interests ahead of our own. We are paid only by our clients, with a single, simple and transparent advisory fee, removing any potential conflicts of interest that arise from sales based compensations. Our synergistic alignment with our clients enables us to put our clients' needs above all else.

Our team have worked both at and with the world’s largest financial institutions, amongst others, and on multiple continents. Having been owners and operators, we believe our professionals have the experience and technical expertise to address your family’s specific financial and business picture.
